Sven Rohmann, MD, PhD, MBA, was elected as a Board Member in our Annual General Meeting. Sven is the CEO and founder of Suenos Advisers establishment. He is advisor and CBDO at Oryx Translational as well as board member and CEO in Oasmia.
Sven has an impressive experience working broadly with research, VC companies, CMO, CEO, Chairman of the Board and as an advisor. The network is large and valuable. Sven lives in Switzerland, which is the world's center for implant companies. We welcome Sven to AddBIO's Board of Directors.
In connection with the annual meeting, Maarten De Chateau left his post as a board member. We thank Maarten for his valuable contribution in the work of the Board.
A new share issue gave the Company a contribution of SEK 6 979 640.
