New Board
The annual meeting May 8th 2020 elected a new board:
Anders Weilandt, chairman. Anders is CEO of Chordate Medical Holding AB (Publ), Chairman of Symbioteq Holding AB, AddBIO AB, and Ascendia AB with subsidiaries and associated companies. He has over 30 years of experience from senior positions in smaller private and listed medtech companies.
Henrik Rammer, an experienced private equity investor with strong focus in the medtech and financial areas. Henrik first invested in AddBIO in 2013 and has been a board member since 2014.
Lars Henriksson, former Group Vice President Dentsply Sirona Implants. Lars has more than 30 years of experience from the dental implant industry and held a number of leading positions in Nobel Biocare, Astra Tech and DENTSPLY Sirona. The last five years he was the head of the Implant division with 2400 employees in over 30 countries and with a turnover of 500 MUSD.
Pär-Olov Östman, leg. Dentist and Professor. Pär-Olov has been engaged in AddBIO as a senior scientific advisor for many years. He also has experience as a clinical consultant at leading dental companies such as Nobel Biocare AB, Bimet 3i Inc and Southern Implants.
